Maierà and the Museum of the Pepper 

From its origins dating back to protohistoric, the territory of Maierà was characterized by the presence of numerous different people over the centuries. Developed around its Norman castle, the village overlooks the valley of the Torrente Vaccuta. You can visit the Museum of Chilli in the splendid Palazzo Ducale. The wine tasting allows visitors to encounter the true flavours of Calabria. 

Santa Maria del Cedro and the Museum of Cedar

In the splendid setting of the Carcere Enterprise where the only museum dedicated to the cedar exists. The ancient citrus identifies itself as a trait of the Tyrrhenian coast known as the Riviera of the Cedars.
